TTC Bluish White

Tactile

A big, rounded tactile bump in a short 3.5mm stroke: TTC's standout tactile. Poppy but polite, and factory-lubed to a standard most brands reserve for premium lines.

Sound & feel

Bluish White is TTC's tactile calling card: a large, rounded bump that dominates a shortened 3.5mm travel, so the press feels like bump-then-done with minimal empty travel either side. At 42g actuation it stays light despite the strong feedback, an unusual and comfortable combination.

One note on the numbers. What TTC rates here is the bump: 42 gf at actuation with a 60 gf tactile peak 0.5mm into the stroke. That 60 gf is the peak, not the landing, so a listing that prints it in a bottom-out row has moved the wrong figure across. TTC publishes no bottom-out for this switch. The 50g shown here is where the published force curve ends up at 3.5mm, after the dip past the bump, and it is the figure Milktooth carries too.

The sound is a poppy, slightly muted tap rather than a sharp crack, helped by consistent factory lube. It has become a favorite spec in gaming prebuilts and a gateway into "big tactile" territory without the weight of a T1 or Zealios.

Sound on this page is synthesized from the switch's published specs and community-documented character: an honest simulation, not a recording. We're progressively replacing simulations with our own studio recordings. How our sounds are made

Frequently asked questions

What does the TTC Bluish White sound like?

poppy muted tap with a big rounded bump. Use the player on this page to hear simulated press and release sounds derived from its real specifications.

Is the TTC Bluish White good for gaming or typing?

Its tactile bump, which TTC rates at a 60g peak, gives clear feedback on every actuation, which most people love for typing. It works for gaming too, though some prefer linears for rapid double-taps.

How heavy is the TTC Bluish White?

42g actuation, 60g at the tactile bump, 50g bottom-out (our estimate). Note that TTC officially rates actuation force and publishes no bottom-out, so the bottom-out above is our derivation. Brands differ, so check the basis when comparing switches.
