We aim to reply within two business days either way. Nothing you type into the simulator, tester or typing test is ever sent anywhere: those tools run entirely in your browser. The contact form is the only place on the site that asks you for anything. In the background our host keeps the standard server logs every host keeps, and Google Analytics counts page visits. Our privacy policy says exactly what each one sees.
What to write about
A spec looks wrong
We publish figures for 126 switches, and manufacturers revise them. If a force, travel or sound description does not match what you have measured or what the datasheet says, tell us which switch and what the correct figure is. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.
Something is broken
A key that will not register in the tester, audio that does not play, a layout that renders wrong, a build link that does not load. Include your browser, operating system and keyboard model if it is hardware-related, and paste the page URL.
A switch or layout is missing
We add switches and layouts continuously. Tell us what is missing and, if you have it, a link to the manufacturer page so we can source the specs properly.

Before you write
A few questions come up often enough that the answer is already on the site. If a key does not register in the tester, our fix guides walk through the software and hardware causes in order, and the tester page explains why Fn keys can never be detected by any website.
