Outemu Silent Lime V3
Tactile SilentSilent Peach's tactile sibling: a light 35g bump wrapped in the same dampening. A cheap way into silent tactiles, and a notably gentler one than the Boba U4.
Sound & feel
Silent Lime pairs a light tactile bump with the dampening formula that made Silent Peach famous. Outemu rates the V3 at 35g to actuate and 45g at the bottom, which puts it among the gentler silent tactiles on sale, and the quiet patter still leaves enough feedback to type by feel. That combination is useful in offices where you want tactility without broadcasting every keystroke.
It comes factory lubed on a 5-pin base, with 1.8mm pre-travel inside a shortened 3.3mm stroke and a 21mm extended spring. The Boba U4 remains the benchmark silent tactile, but it is also a much heavier switch, so the Lime is less a budget substitute for it than the light, inexpensive door into the category.
