Gateron Brown does the light-tactile job with a touch more conviction than its Cherry namesake. The bump is marginally stronger and better defined, and the surrounding stroke is smoother. For a first tactile switch it's an easy, low-cost introduction.
Gateron rates it at 55±15 gf and publishes no bottom-out force, and the independent force curves that exist disagree far too widely to stand in for one, so that row is blank here rather than filled with a plausible number.
The sound is a soft, unobtrusive mid-pitch tap that fits open offices without complaint. Like all light tactiles, it's confirmation rather than ceremony; typists wanting a bump they can really feel should look toward T1-class or Panda-style switches.
