Cherry markets Brown as a 55 cN switch, but that is the force at the tactile peak; its own technical table rates actuation at 45 cN, with a final force of 80 cN measured at the hard stop past full travel. Cherry publishes no bottom-out force, so the 60 g in that row is our derivation across the rated 4.0 mm rather than a Cherry rating.
The enthusiast community has long teased Browns for having a bump you can barely feel, especially next to big-bump tactiles like Holy Pandas or Boba U4T. That subtlety is the point, though.
